Julia McPolin has a Bachelor of Computing with a specialization in Cognitive Science from Queen’s University. She joined the lab in April 2021 as a Software Developer. Her undergraduate thesis project involved the gamification of lab procedures for the treatment of post-traumatic stress disorder into an iOS app. She worked with the City of Kingston in 2020 to provide virtual tourism solutions. In the BioMotion lab she assists in the development of experiments using Unity Game Engine. Her hobbies include playing music, writing, and crafting.
