Siavash Eftekharifar was a Ph.D. student in the Centre for Neuroscience Studies at Queen's University. His background is in Electrical and Biomedical Engineering. Sia joined the BioMotion Lab in January 2017. While he stays enrolled with Queen's, he spends most of his time at York University. He is working on several projects in the BioMotion lab using VR, Unity3D, Matlab, and various motion capture systems. He main thesis work is studying the contributions of different depth cues to the sense of presence.
